What is your return policy?
If you ordered products through QVC, amazon.com, or beauty.com then you will have to return or exchange the products through them. If you ordered products from mallybeauty.com you can make a return or exchange by sending your product(s) to the address below:Tri-Pac Inc / Mally Beauty

You also need to print out the email invoice to place inside the box with your exchange or returned product and state your reason for returning the item(s) and if you prefer an exchange or refund. If you are exchanging a product, please enclose a note stating which items you would like your purchased exchanged for.
Please note: All products in our MallyBeauty.com kits must be returned in order to receive a full refund. Complexion products (concealer and foundation) are the only products within these kits that are eligible for exchange.
We will accept a return for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You can only exchange for a different shade or the same shade, not for another product.
If you are returning an item(s) and you paid for shipping you will not be refunded the initial shipping cost or the subsequent shipping costs to return or exchange.
When will my credit card be refunded?
The overall return and credit process can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks. Time must be allowed for the package to arrive at our warehouse and to be processed into our system. Once a refund has been made to your account you will receive an email notification.
