Apply Midnight Evercolor Starlight Eyeliner in a super thin line as close to the upper lash line as possible. Next, take the Caribbean Sea or the Lucky Penny Starlight Eyeliner (your choice) and line along the upper lash line, right above the black line you just created, winging it out at the end.
Frame those gorgois eyes of yours with one coat of Volumizing Mascara on the top lashes and one coat on the bottom.
