The first phase – oil – quickly dissolves all traces of makeup. While the second phase – water – gently cleanses and floats the makeup away. When shaken, the phases work together in tandem to sweep away makeup, leaving skin fresh and satiny smooth!

Shake the makeup remover well to combine oil and water phases.
Saturate cotton pad with remover and stroke gently across lashes or lips.
