One day this fall, my husband, twins, and I got all bundled up to go outside. We were going to the orchard to pick apples and pumpkins (Hey! This is super exciting to me, remember, I lived on an airplane for years! I was usually in Africa or something in the fall!) I was so psyched to feel the brisk air and take in some great deep cool breaths! We go there and boy, it sure was COLD! All my fabulous fantasies of our sweet family strolling through the orchards, my handsome husband hoisting our cherub-like daughters into the trees with them reemerging with beautiful, organic, juicy apples were shattered by the reality of us all freezing our butts off, runny noses, tears and whining “I wanna go home!” (that was from me, by the way!)

Healthy. Rosy cheeks. Cold. I promptly yelled over to my husband to “Take a picture! Take a picture!” Which he responded with a “Really? Why?” “Because they look so pretty!” “They do?” (then, re-thinking, as a smart man always does when his wife is jumping up and down wildly) “Of course they do!” and he shot a pic. I downloaded this shot* and went straight to my labs. “I want this.” “Two snotty babies that look cold?” I glared at my favorite chemist?" No, Smarty Pants. Those CHEEKS!"

This is how it works: take a small drop ( a little goes a long way!) and put it on the tip of your finger. Smile in the mirror and find the apples of your cheeks. Blend up towards your cheekbone bone and you are good to go!
