Ok, I am going to come out and say it, no, scream it from the mountaintops….I LOVE FALSE LASHES!!!!!!

Yes, it may be true, that personally, I am lash impaired. This is no secret, as we are all family and I tell you everything that is “challenged” about my appearance (hey, that’s why we have make up, Thank God!) But, not just for me…I love them for everyone!!!!

Nothing perks up a look more than a great pair of lashes! Not only are they sexy, feminine, and flirty, they really just open up the eyes and just make us look great! That is why I am bringing you Luscious Lashes…a fun, easy, versatile way to really put the icing on that gorgeous cake of yours!

I know that everyone thinks that lashes are cumbersome, hard to do, and a pain in the butt… At one time, false lashes were considered to be too hardfor us every day women to try, but we have made it easier than ever for you.

Believe it or not, false lashes can really SPEED UP your makeup routine! Once you get the hang of it, you don’t need to spend all of those tedious moments on tons of layers of mascara. Just pop on those lashes and you are out the door! I love to tell the story of show one time, I was trapped in traffic with one of my clients. She had a LIVE tv appearance and we had not put one stitch of makeup on her face!!! Instead of panicking, I just pulled out these lashes, popped them on, added a bit of gloss and blush and sent her on her way! Wouldn’t you know that these pics of her ended up in every magazine and are still being shown to this day! Know why? Because all you see are those gorgeous, flirty eyes!!!

You get two different kinds: a full set and a half set. Have fun and play. Experiment. Take the full set and cut them in half if you feel like they are too much. Apply them on the outer corners for a sexy movie star look or in the center of your eye for a fun wide eyed look!

Here’s how you do it:

First, always curl your own lashes. This will help your falsies and real to look like they are all going in the same direction.

Take the glue and squeeze a thin line across the lashline of the lash. Give it a few seconds to get tacky, this will give you more control. When it is ready, look in the mirror with your head tilted back a bit so that you can see your own lash line. Gently, lay the lash where you want it and once you have it there, give it a little “push” so that it sticks. Once it has dried, take a coat of your fave mascara and “marry” your lashes to the falsie.

You won’t need too much. Just enough to make them all look like they were born together!

Now, let’s talk about maintenance. These lashes were built for longevity so with the proper care you shouldn’t have a problem using them over and over.

You are going to love these lashes so much that you are going to want to wear them every single day, so we need to know how to care for them like a special friend. At night, gently peel the lash from your lash line. Take a look at the lash line and locate where the dried glue is and carefully peel the glue from the base. If you have any issues removing this feel free to use a little bit of eye makeup remover on a Q-Tip, but please use it sparingly as too much remover can damage the lash over time.

Also, we must remember to remove that little bit of mascara that might be on the lashes, dip a Q-Tip in the remover and gently smooth it on the actual lashes to remove the residue. Take a dry Q-Tip and gently blot remover. Let dry.

Once you see how beautiful and “Bambi-like” you look like with these lashes, you will fall in love, just like me…and there we will be, together, proclaiming our love from the mountain tops…or maybe it will be our little secret!
