Here’s how it works: First, you take my special eye shadow base and draw it all over your lid. Give it a few seconds to set and then take the gorgeous shadow and softly apply it directly on top with the included brush. Here’s a tip. Instead of swiping the shadow onto the lid, actually press it into the skin. This will insure a beautiful, smooth application. The two products activate one another and form a bulletproof seal that won’t come off ‘til you decide to take it off. I hope you enjoy this special product that I created just for you.
