Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you ordered products through QVC, amazon.com, or beauty.com then you will have to return or exchange the products through them. If you ordered products from mallybeauty.com or trymallybeauty.com simply sign into your account to start the return process. Through your account you will be able to print a prepaid return label. You also need to print out the email invoice to place inside the box with your exchange or returned product. If you are exchanging a product, please enclose a note stating which items you would like your purchased exchanged for.

Please note: All products in our TryMallyBeauty.com and MallyBeauty.com kits must be returned in order to receive a full refund. Complexion products (concealer and foundation) are the only products within these kits that are eligible for exchange.

If you are unable to print a return label, please enclose a note with your return or exchange. Make sure you list your order number and the product shade that you would like to replace or exchange, and/or issue with product. Send it to the address below:

We will accept a return for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You can only exchange for a different shade or the same shade, not for another product. You cannot exchange the trymallybeauty.com free gift.

Guest Check-out

If you purchased Mally Beauty products through our Guest Check-out feature, you can return your order by submitting a Guest Returns form. Once our customer service staff approves the return a return label will be emailed to you for you to ship back your order or specific product. We will accept a return for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You can only exchange for a different shade or the same shade, not for another product. You cannot exchange the trymallybeauty.com free gift.

When will my credit card be refunded?

The overall return and credit process can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks. Time must be allowed for the package to arrive at our warehouse and to be processed into our system. Once a refund has been made to your account you will receive an email notification.
