Evercolor Starlight Waterproof Eyeliner Singles
Special formula glides onto lid and locks into lower rim to beautifully define your eyes.
I am so excited to bring you these Evercolor Starlight Waterproof Eyeliners!!! They glide on easily without a shadow base, yet last all day. They are rich, full, and give a strong coverage. They can be used over, under, or in the inner rim of the eye.
*To keep your eye liner pencil sharp, we recommend purchasing our Dual Sharpener. Pencil will need to be sharpened after use.

Sharpen your eyeliner, if necessary. The sharper the tip, the thinner the line.
Start at the outside of the eye and work your line in toward the corner of the eye. Stay as close to the eyelash base as possible.
Line just the outer rims of the upper and lower lashes or take the line all the way in.
Smudge within 30 seconds to achieve a sultry look.
