How do I check on an order I have placed?

It’s easy! When you logon to MallyBeauty.com, click on the “My Account” link up there in the header. You’ll get to your account landing page which has a link to “My Orders.” This is where you’ll find your order history. Click on the link to the specific order that you were wondering about. This page contains all the order details and status of your order.

Do you have a print catalog?

We do not have a print catalog at this time, however, I have included an educational brochure and tutorial for the product you just purchased! Remember, I am just one click away! Remember to view my tutorials on Try Mally Beauty!

Do you accept international orders?

Unfortunately not at this time, however we are working on making this possible for the future! Hang in there Mallynista while we figure this out!

What if I don’t feel comfortable providing my credit card information online?

We make every effort possible to secure your information. However, if you still have concerns you may order verbally through QVC at 1-888-345-5788.

Does anyone else see the information that I provide to Mally Beauty?

Absolutely not! Please see our Privacy Policy. Your information is only shared with people who are engaged in filling your orders, processing your payment, or generally, running the business. We do not share or sell information with outside parties or keep it past the time we need to administer the programs you participate in.

Is it possible to still find products that may have been discontinued or were only available for a limited time?

In some cases we will keep products alive on mallybeauty.com because we love all of our children! Send my gorgois team an email at info@mallybeauty.com and let us know that you are looking for an item, and we will let you know if we still have it available!

How can I get Mally Beauty samples?

From time to time we do offer samples as incentives at our other outlets, generally a purchase is required, but it’s a small price to pay as our samples are usually full size. Please note our policy is one promotion per household per day.*

What is your shipping policy?

Mally Beauty ships all products out Baltimore, Maryland. We offer a range of UPS shipping options. Our default option is UPS residential ground service.

All rates are calculated using UPS shipping tables with a small handling fee. Street address is necessary, as orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. We strive to provide consistent and timely delivery of confirmed orders. However, this is not always possible and we cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your package. Any delivery that is within five percent (5%) of the total order shall be considered complete and the purchase price shall be adjusted to reflect the actual number of items delivered. All shipping costs shall be borne by you.

Do you ship to Canada?

At this time we can not ship to Canada or anywhere outside of the US. We are working on a solution for this, so please stay tuned!

When will my order ship?

All orders received after noon will be processed on the following business day. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm PST, excluding legal holidays or other factory/warehouse closings. Each order may have only 1 ship-to address. If you require multiple ship-to addresses, please order separately for each ship-to address.

Why is the shipping cost high?

Currently UPS calculates our shipping costs. By ordering a kit from trymallybeauty.com, you will qualify for FREE shipping services. Also we have a promotion on mallybeauty.com offering free ground shipping to any order over $75.

How do I make a return? (What is your return policy?)

We will accept a return for any reason within 30 days of purchase. A pre-paid UPS label is provided in all mallybeauty.com purchases. Please use this label when sending an item back and also provide your order number to process more efficiently. We cannot accept returns from other outlets, such as QVC, beauty.com, amazon.com or Henri Bendel. Nor can we accept it past 30 days from purchase. You will be refunded for the cost of the products ordered, not the initial shipping/handling fees.

How can I exchange a product?

We will only accept exchanges for the same product, different shade. If you are exchanging a kit such as the Fierce Face in Five Minutes, you need to return the entire kit for exchange. Include your invoice in the package, circle the product you wish to exchange, and indicate what shade you would like to receive. Use the pre-paid UPS label provided in the package to ensure timely delivery and to process more efficiently. Upon receiving the package, our warehouse will ship the desired product.

When will my credit card be refunded?

The overall return process can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. Time must be allowed for the package to arrive at our warehouse and to be processed. Once a refund has been made to your account you will receive an email notification.

I love site! But I’m using IE6 and the layout looks a lot different than on my friend’s computer. What’s going on?

Honey, we tried our best to design for everyone but you and I know that it’s the World Wide Web and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to design for every browser and platform. We know you IE6 users are out there, but the numbers are getting smaller and smaller every day. By looking at our previous traffic reports, we know that a HUGE majority of our audience has upgraded their browsers.
FYI, the site is best viewed on the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome with the latest Flash player installed so that you can experience and enjoy my fun new videos.

I’m having trouble placing an order, what do I do?

First things first, when placing an order please make sure that all required fields are filled out and that the information entered is valid. If you are still having difficulty, please explain in detail the dilemma at info@mallybeauty.com we will do our best to assist you.

Why is my credit card not going through?

At this time we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. When placing your order please ensure that the billing address entered for the credit card is correct. Entering the wrong address or an old address will cause the card to not process.

Also at this time we can only accept credit cards with a US billing address.

Why do the product shades look different on my computer?

Honey, we wish we could make the shades look perfect and the same on everyone’s monitor! Unfortunately, we have no control over monitor settings and the differences between how a Mac and PC display colors. This site is best viewed with Firefox 3.0 or higher or Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher and a minimum monitor resolution of 1024 × 768. We’ve tried our best to describe the different shades in each of the product descriptions. How can I update my email address on my Mally Beauty account?

Send us a message via our Contact Mally form and give us your First and Last Names and your email address as it is on the account and the new email address you would like to use. We’ll send you an email with a confirmation! Thanks for keeping your info up-to-date, Girlfriend!!!

I signed up for the Mally mailing list but I haven’t received any confirmation and/or any e-newsletters. What could be wrong?

Uh oh! Well, first of all, we try not to bombard your inboxes with messages so there’s a possibility that the latest e-newsletter simply hasn’t gone out yet. But most importantly, it might be an issue with your email. Spam filters can restrict wanted email as well as unwanted email. Please check out the help section of your email program or contact your Internet Service Provide (ISP) directly to see how to edit or remove the settings that filter or block email. We also recommend that you add our email addresses (info@mallybeauty.com and orders@mallybeauty.com) to your email address book. C’mon! We’re family now! This will ensure that all future messages regarding your MallyBeauty.com orders will be accepted by your email program.

How can I learn about product use/application?

Our demo videos on mallybeauty.com are the best way. We also feature demos on youtube.com/mallytvproductions. If you desire written directions, a brochure is included with all products providing tips.

Should I apply my false eyelashes before or after I put on my eye makeup?

I like to do my false lashes after I do my eye makeup. After I’ve applied all my eye makeup, I curl my lashes, apply the false lashes, and then do one or two coats of mascara to marry the real lashes with the falsies. Totally Gorgeous!

How many times can I use my false eyelashes?

If you take good care of them, clean them, put them to bed at night (hee hee), good false lashes can be worn four or five times.

When should I use concealer and when should I use the Liquid Light Eye Brightener?

Concealer is always my first go-to product whenever I’m doing makeup. Use your Liquid Light Eye Brightener as a last step or if you need an extra brightening throughout the day. We could all use a little more help, girlfriend!

How do I sharpen my Evercolor Starlight Waterproof Eyeliner?

The best way to do this is to place the liner in the freezer for several minutes. This trick helps to prevent a sharpener from eating up the delicate acrylic casing on the liner. After it has chilled for a bit in the freezer, please slowly sharpen the liner in a snug fit sharpener. You can use Mally’s own Dual Sharpener or one from a store such as Sephora. For the best results though, you want to make sure the liner fits well in the sharpener.

I have the Face Defender and Skin Finisher, how do I use them?

Good question! First off both the Face Defender and Skin Finisher are amazing products :) Both will give you a flawless, matte (but not too matte) finish without looking ashy. And both will set your makeup and keep it morning fresh all day long. The difference between these two products is in the application and the consistency of the product.

Since both the Face Defender and Skin Finisher are both finishing products, and do virtually the same thing, there is no need to use them together. The Face Defender is a new technology that is a clear substance with a velvety, dry-gel feel where as the Skin Finisher is a silica-based substance that is powder-like, though it is not a powder.

The Face Defender works great for all skin types, dry, combo and oily and the Skin Finisher works great especially for ladies who have oily skin.

Are your products good for acne prone skin?

Our products are sensitivity tested, however we do suggest cleansing your face every day before and after applying make up. This helps prevent your pores being clogged and breaking out in acne.

What order should I apply all of my makeup?

When it comes to your makeup routine we recommend this: moisturizer, primer, concealer, foundation, rest of makeup (ie blush, eye makeup etc), and then a finishing product to set it all such as Mally’s Face Defender or Skin Finisher.

Are your products tested on animals?

Absolutely not! I adore animals and would never do such a thing! As a matter of fact, I am the proud owner of a beautiful rescue dog. My husband, my family and my company and I are all very passionate about the well being of all animals and would never test on them in a million years! We always say, tested on celebrities, not animals! But seriously, we want you all to know that we are in no way involved, directly or indirectly, with any animal testing!

Where are your products made?

We use the best labs we can find to bring you our great ideas. The products are currently made in Canada, the US, Italy, Germany, and Korea. Most of our packaging is made in China, Europe, and the US.

What are you doing to make your products sustainable?

We are working to make sure you can recycle our containers, and to make sure our products are refillable where possible. We also use reusable pouches where we can to cut down on throwaway boxes.

How long should I keep makeup?

Here is a list of approximate shelf life of your products:

  • Concealer, cream foundations, and cream blush: 12-18 months
  • Powder, powder foundation, powder blush, powder eye shadows and bronzers: 2 years
  • Eye liners: 2 years
  • Mascara: 3 months
  • Lip liners: 2 years
  • Lipgloss: 18-24 months

Always store your products in a dry place, sometimes your bathroom may not be the best place! Keep all products closed tightly and don’t forget to wash your brushes every two weeks with a nice mild brush cleaner or baby shampoo.

How I would go about contacting Mally to do my make-up?

I am flattered and touched that you would want me to do your make-up!!! Unfortunately, I’m not taking on any new clients at this time. I’m pretty swamped with my existing projects.
