Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you ordered products through QVC, amazon.com, or beauty.com then you will have to return or exchange the products through them. If you ordered products from mallybeauty.com or trymallybeauty.com, simply sign in to your account to start the return process. Through your account you will be able to print a prepaid return label. You also need to print out the email invoice to place it inside the box with your exchange or returned product. If you are exchanging a product, please enclose a note stating which item(s) you would like your purchase exchanged for.
Please note: All products in our TryMallyBeauty.com and MallyBeauty.com kits must be returned in order to receive a full refund. Complexion products (concealer and foundation) are the only products within these kits that are eligible for exchange.
