Tap a little bit of powder eye shadow into the cap.
Take either side of the double-ended brush and swirl it in the cap. Swirl until the powder transforms into a smooth cream.
Smooth the shadow onto your eyelid, you will feel a cooling sensation. In a few seconds, this cream will then turn back to a powder to ensure all-day wear!
