City Chick Smokey Eye Kit - Runway Collection
A sophisticated twist on our original smokey eye collection.

Swirl your ring finger (it has the lightest touch) into the cream to powder base and gently dab it on to your lids.
Take the lightest shadow and lightly dust it all over the lid all the way to the browbone.
Apply the medium tone from the lash line to just past the crease of your eye.
Smooth the darkest tone all over the lash line, top and bottom.
Finish off with the pencil liner on top.
