First, I brought to you the Evercolor Starlight Waterproof Eyeliners, which you LOVE! Now I’ve taken them to the next level by creating double-ended Starlight Wearable Color Waterproof Eyeliners!!! This is everything you need to bring out that fierce, flirty, fun eye look. I have paired together colors that complement each other so you can get those eyes you want everyone to see.
Let’s get started: Remember; I always recommend starting with a base or a light dusting of eye shadow. You can wear these colors together by layering them in certain ways to allow for the most wearable colored liner effect or alone and I will show you how! The possibilities are endless, so it’s up to you!
Here’s how to use Starlight Wearable Color Waterproof Eyeliners: Line your top lash line with the longer definer end of the pencil. This will totally define your eyes and give you supreme definition where you want it most. Next, take the shorter end of the pencil and line your bottom lash line, don’t be afraid to line the inner rim – this is one of my favorite secrets for perfectly defined yet smoldering eyes. It will open up your eyes and take them to a whole different level! The color accents your eyes, making them look wider and whiter.
For an amped-up look that is totally wearable, take the longer definer end and line the top and bottom lash lines, then, with the shorter accent end, go over the liner you just applied. This is my professional secret for wearing colored eyeliner when you want to be subtle but still fab. For that instant fierceness you can also apply the shorter
end just at the outer edges and wing that liner out baby! Don’t be afraid.There are no rules here! Now, you’re ready to show off those new fierce, fun, flirty eyes!
