Take the super skinny brush in the bottle and blend the liquid eyeliner into the green applicator brush.
Walk the green brush along the the lash line. You can line the entire eye or just the upper outer rim.
Other Great Look – Old Hollywood Glamour: Line your top lash line with the green-handled brush. This brush is specially shaped to allow you to created that wonderful, old Hollywood, cat eye look. Gently swipe it from the outside edge, up and out toward the top of your eyelid.
