Line your eyes with the long wearing pencil, as you normally would.
Next, pat on the special setting powder (that's the white side of the split pan powder) using the fatter sponge on the double ended wand. Gently, but completely pat on the powder so it covers the entire area you lined.
Finally, use the skinny end of the double ended wand and dab it into the color side of the split powder. Go right over the line you've made to rejuvenate and intensify that color! You can create a very sharp, clean line or smudge it for that very sexy, smokey eye look.
