  • Shake a little bit of powder into the palm of your hand.

    Swirl the powder with your ring finger until it transforms from powder to liquid.

    Lightly tap it on under the eyes to vanquish dark circles and instantly brighten eye. It can also be used juts under the brow bone to accent the bone.
