- Where can I find Mally Beauty?
Aside from mallybeauty.com, you can purchase more Mally Beauty products from the following online venues: Qvc.com, Beauty.com, Birchbox.com, Ulta.com and Amazon.com. Mally Beauty is also available at ULTA Beauty Stores nationwide and the new beauty store at Fred Segal in Los Angeles, CA.
For all European Mallynistas, you can purchase Mally Beauty products from qvcuk.com/mally and qvc.it.
- What are the terms and conditions of your promotions?
You can find our terms and conditions for each promotion on it's related landing page. For promotions using a promotional code, customers are required to apply the code to their shopping cart to receive the discount. Promotional codes are not valid on sale or promotional products unless otherwise stated. All promotional codes are a one time use per customer. Promotions run during a limited time and must be redeemed during the alotted time period for discount to be applied. Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases. Limit one promotional code per order.
- How do I check on an order I have placed?
First, click on the Sign In/Sign Up link in the upper right hand corner of the landing page. Log-in to your Mally Beauty account by putting in your email and password. Once you are logged in, click on the “My Orders” link under the “My Account” section of the webpage. Here you will find your order history and you can click on the particular order you are inquiring about. This page contains all the order details and the status of your order.
- Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, Mally Beauty does not ship anywhere outside of the U.S., and we only accept the U.S. issued credit cards MasterCard, American Express, Visa, and Discover.
- What if I feel uncomfortable providing my credit card information online?
We make every effort possible to secure your credit card information. Our checkout process is HTTPS secured. If you still have concerns you may order through QVC by calling 1-888-345-5788 or the Mally Beauty call center at 410.832.7601 x2000.
- Is it possible to still find products that may have been discontinued or were only available for a limited time?
It is certainly posible! Send our Customer Service representative an email at email@example.com and explain the ítem that you are looking for. If it is available, we will let you know where you can find it.
- Do you offer samples?
Mally Beauty does not have samples or a sampling program at this time. We do have a 30 day return policy so you can return the products for a full refund or for an exchange even after trying them. We give you access to a pre-paid return label so you do not have to pay to ship it back to us if you are not satisfied.
- What is your shipping policy?
Mally Beauty ships all products out of Baltimore, Maryland. We offer a range of UPS shipping options. Our default option is UPS SurePost service. All rates are calculated using UPS shipping tables with a small handling fee of $1.50. A street address is required.
- When will my order ship?
Please allow one business day for processing of your order. All orders received after 10AM will be processed on the following business day. On Fridays, orders placed after 10 AM will not be shipping until the following Monday. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm PST, excluding legal holidays or other factory/warehouse closings. Shipping can take between 2-6 business days via UPS Ground. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via UPS SurePost service which may take longer to deliver. Allow for a 2-3 day delay for orders qualifying for free shipping. When your package ships you will receive an automated email with a tracking code. You can also sign up for the free service, UPS My Choice, to receive delivery alerts.
Customers in Hawaii and Alaska may experience further delays. Shipping can take between 22-35 days.

- Why is the shipping cost high?
The cost of shipping has greatly increased over the past five years, however any order over $50 on www.mallybeauty.com qualifies for free shipping. Sign up to receive Mally Beauty emails to be notified of free shipping and other promotional offers.
- I'm having trouble placing an order, what should I do?
First, be sure that you are signed into your account. Next, when placing an order, please make sure that all required fields are filled out completely and accurately. If your billing address is not the same as your shipping address, make sure you click the “Enter a New Address” circle under the Billing Address header. If you are still experiencing difficulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and explain in detail where you are having troubles. We will do our best to assist you.
- I have been notified that I won a giveaway that I entered. How do I receive my prize?
Please contact our Mally Beauty Team as instructed within 30 days of being notified that you won a giveaway to receive your prize. Any requests after 30 days will be declined.
- I was in a studio audience and received a voucher for a MallyBeauty.com giftcard. How do I receive my gift card?
Please contact our Mally Beauty Team as instructed within 30 days from the live show date not the airing date. Any requests after 30 days from the live show date will be declined.
- How can I learn about product use/application?
Check out the Vids, Tricks & Tips section of mallybeauty.com to learn application methods and useful tips. The majority of our products also have related videos; simply click on the "watch demo" icon on a products page to view the related video. If you have additonal questions try asking the Mallynista community on Facebook! An educational brochure is also included with all products Mally sells!
- Should I apply my false eyelashes before or after I put on my eye makeup? How many uses do I get out of my lashes?
Mally likes to apply her false lashes after she does her eye makeup. After she has applied her primer, eye shadow, eye liner and a layer of mascara Mally curls her lashes and applies the false lashes. Then she puts on one or two coats of mascara to marry the real lashes with the falsies. Check out Mally's video tutorial on applying false lashes.
If you take good care of your false lashes and clean them, they can be worn four or five times.
- I have the Face Defender and Skin Finisher, how do I use them? Do I need both?
Both the Face Defender and Skin Finisher are amazing skin finishing products, so there is no need to use them together. Either product will give you a flawless, matte (but not too matte) finish without looking cakey. Both of these finishing products will set your makeup and keep your skin looking fresh all day long. The difference between these two products is in the application and the consistency of the formula.
The Face Defender is a new technology that is a clear substance with a velvety, dry-gel feel, where as the Skin Finisher is a silica-based substance that is powder-like, though it a natural, pure mineral not a powder. The Face Defender works great for all skin types, dry, combo and oily, while the Skin Finisher is best for ladies who have oily skin.
- Are your products good for acne prone skin?
Our products are sensitivity tested, so they should be kind to all skin types. However, we do also suggest cleansing your face every day before and after applying make up. This helps prevent your pores being clogged and breaking out. Except where a specific claim is made, our products do not contain active anti-acne ingredients.
- What order should I apply all of my makeup?
Here is a helpful makeup routine:
1. Cleanse and moisturize- I know moisturizing doesn’t seem right for oily skin but you have to keep your skin hydrated because if it isn’t, your skin will produce more oil from within to make up for that lack in moisture and then you will get even more acne.
6. Eye makeup- eye shadow base, eye shadow, eye liner, and then mascara

These nine steps will leave your skin flawless!!!
- Are your products tested on animals? Are your products vegan?
Absolutely not! Mally adores animals and would never do such a thing! She always says, tested on celebrities, not on animals! Some of our products do contain animal by-products so they are not suited for vegans.
- Where are your products made?
We use the best labs we can find to bring you our great ideas. The products are currently made in Canada, the US, Italy, Germany, and Korea. Most of our packaging is made in China, Europe, and the US.
- How long should I keep makeup?
Here is a list of approximate shelf life of your products after opening:
- Concealer, cream foundations, primer, and cream blush: 12-18 months
- Powder, powder foundation, powder blush, powder eye shadows and bronzers: 2 years
- Eye liners: 2 years
- Mascara: 3 months
- Lip liners: 2 years
- Lipgloss: 18-24 months
Always store your products in a dry place; your bathroom may not be the best place. Keep all products closed tightly and don’t forget to wash your brushes and sponges every two weeks with a nice mild brush cleaner or baby shampoo.
