Define your eyes by lining them with the Evercolor Starlight Waterproof Eyeliner in Milk Chocolate. Use it anywhere where you want supreme definition – on your top lash line, your bottom lash line, or just your inner or outer rims for an open eye. Apply a bolder stroke along your top lashes to use it as an eye shadow.
Add two coats of Volumizing Mascara to your upper lashes and one coat to the lower lashes.
